  2. CAPTCHA.Gravity Forms has CAPTCHA, while Google Forms does not. For those who do not know, CAPTCHA is a program that protects websites against bots by generating and grading tests that humans can pass but computer programs cannot. When you are using Google Forms you can receive spam and other junk mail while using the app, compared to Gravity Forms where you have to be a real person and not a bot by answering questions.
  3. Storage. Gravity Forms has unlimited storage space, while Google Forms only has 30 GB data storage.
  4. Multi page and conditional logic. If the form happens to be long, you don’t want it to appear long at first. Same goes with conditional logic, if you answer a question about if you’ve had a heart attack, there should be a conditional statement that has “heart attack” questions that follow, not the same for everyone. With Google Forms you have to answer every question even if it doesn’t pertain to you.
  5. Simple vs Complex. Many people commented on the fact that Gravity Forms was a complex app to get used to. They had to watch videos or get help in order to use the app. With Google Forms many people stated that it is easy to navigate and very easy to use, for both parties who make the questionnaire and who answer the questionnaire.
  6. Google Forms has Zapier. Zapier is an online automation tool that connects your apps and services. You can connect two or more apps to automate repetitive tasks without coding or relying on developers to build the integration. On Gravity Forms you do not have Zapier.
  7. Google Sheets. You can only use Google Sheets while using Gravity Forms if you have the elite license, which costs $259. Google Forms you get for free and can use sheets with it.
